The African Development Bank is seeking a highly motivated Consultant to support the Sanctions Office (SNSO), an independent body responsible for examining allegations of fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, and obstruction in Bank-financed operations and corporate procurement. Working under the direct supervision of the Sanctions Secretary, the Consultant will contribute to the review of sanctions cases and negotiated settlement agreements, prepare case summaries, draft notes and decisions, conduct research on anti-corruption issues, and provide general support in reporting, data analysis, communication materials, and knowledge-sharing activities.
