The Consultant will support the implementation of the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Multi Donor Trust Fund (YEI MDTF) as part of its Secretariat at the African Development Bank. The assignment involves managing a portfolio of funded projects across various components of the Fund, including project preparation, implementation monitoring, and reporting. The Consultant will assist in coordinating calls for proposals, supporting executing agencies with Bank procedures, maintaining project documentation, and tracking results. He/she will also contribute to fund-level reporting, donor updates, and communication efforts, while liaising with internal Bank departments and external partners to ensure effective implementation and coordination. The assignment is full-time, based at the Bank’s Headquarters in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, for an initial duration of 12 months, renewable based on performance.
