The Consultant’s scope of work will include the following:
- Design, implement, and operationalize innovative data analytics use cases to inform the Bank data needs leveraging data from DDP data providers.
- Support the implementation of the STG-17 established as part of the African Union SHASA and for which the Bank is serving as secretariat coordinating the technical implementation.
- Develop related interactive and visually appealing dashboards to enhance the dissemination of results and support insightful decision-making.
- Create comprehensive documentation around data products developed and facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance the capabilities of in-house analysts.
- Develop training materials that will be used during the regional training workshop on Big Data and emerging technologies for official statistics.
