Under the overall supervision of the Director of the African Development Institute (ECAD), the Consultant will conduct a comprehensive Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Bank Group’s Knowledge Management Strategy (KMS 2022-2031). The review will assess progress made during 2022–2025 against the Strategy’s objectives and results framework, evaluate the effectiveness of implementation mechanisms, and identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. The Consultant will provide actionable recommendations to strengthen delivery, sustainability, and alignment with the Bank’s corporate priorities, including the TYS 2024-2033 and the Four Cardinal Points, for the remaining implementation period (2026–2031).
