The objective of the assignment is to augment SNMO1’s delivery capacity by mobilizing two full-time Mid-Level consultants to support the execution of its 2026 annual work program. The services to be provided under the Assignment include: (i) Support for strategic planning and management of OpsCom meetings to ensure timely delivery of Bank’s lending and non-lending operations; (ii) Assistance in ensuring and monitoring compliance with the Bank’s operations review and approval processes; (iii) Support for continuous improvement of internal systems for increased efficiency; and (iv) Contribution to workstreams and initiatives as instructed by the Division Manager.
