The Long-Term Consultant supports downstream recruitment activities. Details of these downstream recruitment activities will be defined upon assumption of duty, but may include facilitating long and short-listing processes, making logistical arrangements for Competency Based Interviews, providing feedback to candidates regarding the outcome of their applications and guidance to hiring managers and interview panel members regarding the Bank’s recruitment policies, procedures and standard practices. Senior consultants may be requested to play a role in interview sessions. The Long-Term Consultants may also be called upon to support in job Description and Vacancy Notice development and any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
