The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) is implementing a Centralized Data Management Platform (CDMP) based on a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture leveraging OneLake as the unified enterprise data foundation.
The platform will consolidate data from core operational systems, financial systems, and external data sources into a secure, scalable, and governed enterprise data environment that supports advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven decision making across the Bank.
As part of this initiative, the African Development Bank Group intends to engage a qualified Microsoft Solutions Partner with proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse architectures, enterprise data governance, and large-scale data platform implementations to provide advisory, architecture design, and implementation services.
The partner will support AfDB in establishing a modern enterprise data platform aligned with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake architecture principles, while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with AfDB’s Data Governance Framework.
