The Sahel Regional Fund based in Dakar SENEGAL, hosted by Danish Refugee Council (DRC), seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a Finance Advisor to support the Sahel Regional Fund (SRF) during its transition to a pooled fund mechanism.
The consultant will provide technical and strategic financial expertise on a task basis, depending on SRF evolving needs.
Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex E
Your proposal must be expressed in French or in English and valid for a minimum period of 60 days.
