Our approach is based on a professionalisation system: 30% of concept input and 70% of scenario to provide relevant tools to participants. We give priority to the action to allow the participants to be immediately operational as soon as they return to the company. And our training is adapted to the realities of the environment thanks to the expertise of our stakeholders and their experiences.
