Following is the indicative list of activities envisaged to meet the scope of work. However, the detailed scope of work and/or list of activities would be finalized at the time of issue of RFP.
- Monitor and drive rollout of the governance, assurance, and compliance oversight program for information security, ensuring that operational controls, procedures, and resources are in place to effectively manage risk.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective and reasonable policies and practices to secure sensitive data and ensure security and compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Plan annual penetration testing activities to evaluate potential security loopholes.
- Coordinate and supervise the timely execution of the annual enterprise-wide penetration testing activities.
- Plan and coordinate relevant tests to assess the effectiveness of the security awareness and security maturity of the human factor within the organization through various techniques.
- Plan, implement and maintain ISO 27001 ISMS across the organization (incl, subsidiaries)
- Partner with qualified security assessor (QSA) and coordinate achieving PCI DSS compliance.
- Plan and coordinate SWIFT CSP health check and prepare compliance review across the organization.
- Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices such as NIST, ITIL, SWIFT CSP, ISO-27001, etc.
