The services to be provided: Under the supervision of the Chief Portfolio Management Officer, the consultant will perform the following duties: (i) Provide technical expertise and advisory services in the implementation and monitoring of the projects, (ii) Assist in project restructuring activities as well as processing of Waivers and Consent requests, (iii) Develop and update manuals and standard templates used in the supervision, monitoring of NSO projects, (iv) Help coordinate the preparation of the periodic corporate portfolio review reports for onwards submission to Senior Management, (v) Monitor the impact of the operating environment on projects under implementation and provide alerts on the potential risk that may arise, (vi) Monitor the adequacy of the level of provisions for the non-sovereign portfolio and recommend adjustments, as necessary, (vii) Support analytical work on portfolio trends, drivers of investment returns and draw lessons from the portfolio analysis, (viii) Monitor performance of portfolio with particular focus on Non-Performing Loans and prepare recommendations for PINS Management’s consideration, (ix) Develop medium- and long-term action plans to improve quality of the NSO Corporate Portfolio.
