Under the leadership and guidance of the Climate Finance and Environment (PECG.1) Manager and the ACCF Coordinator, the Consultant’s core duties will include the following activities but not limited to (further details are outlined in the Terms of Reference):
- Provide technical support to project executing entities to ensure the quality and relevance of project activities and effectively monitor and report on projects led by the Secretariat. This includes preparing bi-annual progress reports and project completion reports in line with the ACCF results management framework.
- Lead and support task managers in advancing ACCF projects through the project cycle, particularly in procurement, work plan development and execution, legal processing, disbursement, and reporting, in collaboration with relevant Bank departments.
- Support the development of ACCF communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, website updates, press releases, and infographics to showcase project results and fund-level achievements.
- Enhance the ACCF’s online presence across platforms such as the Bank website, external websites, donor data platforms, and blogs.
- Strengthen ACCF communications on climate action and access to climate finance by developing short articles, blogs, and project profiles to share lessons learned.
- Support other tasks that contribute to advancing the goals of the ACCF.
