The scope of the functions of the Elected Officers Section is Bank-wide. The Section is responsible for supporting the effective functioning of the Boards of Governors and Boards of Directors and their subsidiary bodies. The role includes assisting in drafting, editing, harmonizing, and translating records of proceedings; coordinating the timely preparation and quality control of Board documentation; supporting transcription of deliberations when required; liaising with relevant departments to ensure accurate information flow; and contributing to the preservation, archiving, and integrity of governance records as part of the Bank’s institutional memory.
