- Preparation of preliminary and detailed designs, Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantities for a new office fitout for Block E based on user requirements,
- Preparation of preliminary and detailed designs, Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantities for a state-of-the-art knowledge / conference centre for Blocks C & D based on user requirements,
- Assistance in preparation of Statement of Works, and procurement of work contracts,
- Supervision of the outfitting works and rectification of defects during a one-year defects liability period.
